Laura Westerlage

I find great honor and privilege in helping communities create and hold sacred space for their grief in the form of celebrations, funerals, and memorials. I received my Masters in Divinity in 2013 from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Since graduation I have served in ministry in many different areas and have officiated funerals and memorials along the way for a wide range of folks. I am currently a pediatric chaplain in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. 

Especially with my training as a chaplain, I am able to work with any and all faith/spiritual/religious traditions. My goal is to help families create a service that will be special and bring healing. I have done these services for children and adults and have comfort around all situations surrounding a person's death. I want to bring dignity and honor to all those I serve in this manner.
