Jean Stracy

As a Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant Jean is rigorously schooled in the art of ritual, ceremony, world and cultural traditions, mythology, ceremonial writing and speaking. She also received training in working with and creating ceremonies for the LBGT community.

Everyone matters, everyone has a story and everyone leaves a lasting legacy. Everyone has the right and privilege of having their life story told faithfully and lovingly.  The goal is to help navigate the experience of end-of-life ceremonies respectfully and thoughtfully, creating and performing distinct and memorable ceremonies. Each Funeral, Celebration of Life, Graveside Service, Green Burial or Memorial is completely customized respecting all faiths and all perspectives equally. It is an honor to learn about your loved one through your family and friends. Together we create the stories for an extraordinary Remembrance of their life, reflecting the beliefs, personal viewpoint, culture, spiritual outlook or life philosophy.

As a native Coloradoan, I enjoy and value all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer for meaningful ceremonies throughout each of the seasons.
